I am Mirna Mensour, proud owner of Handle This!

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I was born in Lebanon and migrated to Canada when I was seven years old. I was raised in Sudbury then moved to Toronto.

I have been working for fourteen years and started my own business four years ago. I enjoy working with people and love new challenges which is why I chose the unique cabinetry and accessories business. Dealing with our family of distributors, designers, and valuable customers on a daily basis brings me an immense amount of joy and satisfaction.

Handle This! is a hands-on company where we help our customers pick the perfect combination of cabinet handles, door handles, bathroom accessories, and vanities. Our customers bring in their drawings, and we do the rest. We also have distributors all around Toronto that are more than happy to help their customers pick the perfect product for their space.

Choosing the right accessories can be a difficult decision for many people. Each client has a unique style and is striving to achieve a specific look. We make sure we are matching handles with vanities, bathroom accessories, etc. for our clients to help them execute their perfect design vision.

As the owner of the business, I am responsible for ensuring we have a wide selection of products, working with designers and contractors closely to achieve our goals, keeping up with all the new trends, importing products from various parts of the world and being the best I can be on a daily basis. I also make sure our customers are helped from A-Z!

Ensuring we have enough stock, trying to keep our business growing, building brand awareness and striving for referrals based on our customer satisfaction are aspects of the job that are challenging. However, our excellent customer service, ability to put ideas and rooms together, and organization and problem-solving skills ensure we provide first-class work for our clients, no matter what.

I love the design business. It is always changing and it’s amazing how little things are put together to make a big impact. It takes away the stress from people who don't know where to start when it comes to making their house a home.

When I am not at work, I love playing with my kids and watching them play their favorite sports. I enjoy going for walks, swimming and going to the gym. I am a mother of three and love to hang out with my family and create new memories to add to my great experiences. I also love to travel and see new places and cultures and try new restaurants and food.

I value my family and simple things in life. I believe in making the best out of today and looking at everything positively as there is always a reason for what is happening and if we stay positive and stick together as a family you can get through everything.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
